We report a case of lymphomatiod papulosis in a 79-year old female patient who had erythematous papules, nodules and plaques on the face, trunk and upper extemities. The lesions had showed spontaneous regression leaving no scar or brownish
atrophic
scar
after the lesions persisted for one to two months.
Histopathologically, there was a dense and diffuse infiltration with large atypical cells in dermis. Thses cells had a large hyperchromatic cerebriform nuclei. Immunohistochemical staining revealed that most of infiltrated cells were T cell
(positive
for UCHL1) and subsets of T cell expressed pan T cells(Leu 4) and helper T cell(Leu 3). Locally, especially periappendageal area, 8 cells showed(positive for L26 and 4KB5 Antibody).
